We jointly set up a booth supported by Hitachiota City at Makuhari Messe, Japan's largest "food" exhibition "Foodex JAPAN 2021". This year's event was a coronavirus, so there were few foreign participants, but it was a time when the exhibitors felt their "stickiness" to "food" and their energy. I had many opportunities to talk with people and got ideas. When people gather, "information" also gathers.
